Bryan Guido Hassin, Cofounder and CEO – Bryan is a cleantech entrepreneur with global experience. He has led businesses around the world, including Poken, R7 Solutions, and Antmachine Technologies, and is dedicated to aligning economic value with social value. Bryan received his MBA with Honors and Leadership Distinction from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. He also has a Master’s in Computer Science and undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Rice University in Houston, Texas, where he played football for the Owls and later served as Entrepreneur In Residence. When not working to reduce energy consumption, Bryan works to produce cleaner energy in developing countries as a founding director of givewatts.org.
William “Zak” Zakroff, Cofounder and CFO – Zak is a serial entrepreneur and former public company director with more than 35 years of experience in the global energy industry. After a career in management at the General Electric Company, he founded Zakroff Group to pursue ventures that have included the design and manufacture of electrical hardware and software products. Under Zakroff Group, he also provided senior level strategic consulting, international development and financial advisory services to many global public corporations and private firms. Zak received an MBA with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University and a BS with Distinction in Chemistry from the University of New Mexico.
Kevin Chell, COO – Kevin has more than 35 years international management experience in the global energy industry. He has managed global P&Ls for large corporations (Vetco Gray – now part of GE Oil & Gas) and smaller entrepreneurial businesses (GMC Ltd and Swanson Industries). Kevin has led the growth of businesses on a global scale with focus on innovation and the commercial success of new technologies. He also has gained experience in sales management, supply chain management, mergers and acquisitions, and service/aftermarket management. Kevin has an MBA from Cranfield School of Management in the UK and a BSc in Civil Engineering from Imperial College in London.
